Refund Policy
1. The short version
We offer a 14-day refund on coaching that has not yet been delivered. Ask and you will get it — we would rather refund you than have you follow a plan you do not believe in. Email info@gergogains.com with your order number.
2. The EU 14-day withdrawal right applies in full
As an EU consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived — but only where the buyer expressly consents to instant delivery and acknowledges losing the right.
3. The Programme — $29
Emailed within 24 hours of payment. Full refund on request within 14 days. If something is broken — the file will not open, the plan does not match the inputs you gave — say so and we will fix it or refund you in full.
4. The Audit — $199 and The Commission — $499
These include human coaching, so refunds are pro-rated against what has been delivered:
- Before your first call and before any hand-tuned material is sent: full refund, no questions.
- After the first call: refund of the undelivered portion, calculated against the sessions and reviews remaining.
- After the programme is substantially delivered: no refund, but tell us what went wrong — we will try to make it right.
5. What is not refundable
- Coaching sessions you missed without at least 24 hours' notice.
- Dissatisfaction with your own results where the plan was followed inconsistently — training outcomes are not something we can guarantee (see Terms, section 4).
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
6. Paying in cryptocurrency
Crypto payments receive a 30% discount and are processed through Coinbase Commerce. Your statutory rights are exactly the same — the 14-day withdrawal right in section 2 applies whether you paid by card or in crypto. What differs is the mechanics of getting money back.
- A crypto payment cannot be reversed once confirmed on-chain. There is no chargeback, and neither we nor Coinbase Commerce can claw a transaction back. Refunds are therefore sent as a new transaction, by hand.
- You must give us a receiving wallet address. We refund to the address you nominate in writing. We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address, so check it twice.
- Refunds are calculated in US dollars, not in coins. If you paid $139 worth of BTC, you are refunded $139 worth of BTC at the rate on the day the refund is sent. That may be more or fewer coins than you sent. This protects both sides from exchange-rate movement in either direction.
- Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount, because sending the transaction costs money. The fee is whatever the network charges; we add nothing.
- Refunds are sent within 5 business days of approval. Confirmation time then depends on the network, not on us.
7. How to request one
- Email info@gergogains.com from the address you ordered with.
- Include your order number — the Stripe receipt number for card payments, or the Coinbase Commerce charge code for crypto — and a sentence on what went wrong.
- For crypto, include the wallet address the refund should be sent to.
- We reply within 2 business days.
- Approved card refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Crypto refunds follow section 6.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months to resolve, whereas an email usually takes a day. Crypto payments have no chargeback mechanism at all — section 6 is the only route.
