I'm an industrial engineer from Austria. My work is finding why a system produces less than it should, and fixing the one thing that actually limits it. These are the tools I use professionally. A production line runs at the speed of its slowest station. Everything upstream piles up, everything downstream waits. Adding capacity anywhere else changes nothing.

Fuel the build

The numbers that matter

1.6–2.2 g/kgProtein, daily. The established evidence-based range for muscle growth. At 80 kg that's 130–175 g — most lifters undershoot it for years. I did: 150 g when I needed 250 at 97 kg. Fixing that gap changed everything.
−300–500Calorie deficit for a cut. Enough to lose fat steadily without eating into strength. Bigger deficits cost muscle. My 8-week cut ran here — strength went up.

What makes this different from every other plan generator?
Two things. First, sets are counted the way the research counts them: a set of incline press credits 1.0 to chest and 0.5 each to front delts and triceps, so your real weekly volume is visible instead of guessed. Second, your targets are checked against what your chosen number of sessions can arithmetically carry.
